Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs Can substitute with digestive biscuits
  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter To bind the crumbs

For the cheesecake filling

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese Softened to room temperature for easy mixing
  • 1 cup Nutella Main flavor component
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar Adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Whipped to soft peaks
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract For added flavor

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until all crumbs are coated. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add Nutella and mix until well incorporated.
  • Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks. Gently fold it into the Nutella mixture.
  • Pour the cheesecake filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.

Serving

  • Once set, remove the cheesecake from the pan, slice, and serve.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream. You can top with caramel or hazelnuts for added flavor.
