  • 1/4 cup Fresh lemon juice Use the juice of freshly squeezed lemons for brightness.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil Extra virgin provides rich flavor; avocado oil can be substituted.
  • to taste Sea salt To taste.

  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley For garnish.

Preparation

  • Peel and devein the shrimp if it's not already done.

Cooking

  • In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and minced garlic.
  • Sizzle the garlic, allowing the aroma to fill your kitchen.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until they turn a beautiful pink and are cooked through.
  • Once the shrimp are cooked, drizzle them with fresh lemon juice, season with sea salt and pepper, and cook for an additional minute.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Serving

  • Serve the sauce warm as a dipping sauce or drizzle over your favorite protein or veggies.

Notes

For a kick, consider adding red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce. You can also incorporate herbs like dill or cilantro for a festive touch. For a creamy version, blend in a tablespoon of coconut cream.
