  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded Or a mozzarella blend for perfect melt
  • 1 cup Pepperoni Slices Classic or turkey pepperoni, or substitute veggies
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning A dash enhances the flavor
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Optional, for added flavor

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the bagels in half and place them on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  • Spread a generous layer of pizza sauce on each bagel half.
  • Top each bagel with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Place pepperoni slices over the cheese.
  • Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

Cooking

  • Bake for about 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
  • Let cool for a minute before serving.
