  • ΒΌ cup Soy Sauce Low-sodium soy sauce can be used.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can substitute with sesame oil for a nutty flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds Optional for garnish.

Preparation

  • Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips.
  • Chop the bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
  • Mince the garlic and set everything aside.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the sliced pork to the skillet in a single layer and sear for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
  • Toss in the minced garlic for another minute until golden and fragrant.
  • Stir in the chopped bell peppers and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  • Drizzle the soy sauce over the stir-fry and toss everything together for about a minute.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions over the top before serving.

Notes

You can personalize this dish by adding chili flakes for heat, changing the protein, or adding more veggies like broccoli or snap peas.
