  • 12 pieces Hawaiian Rolls Soft, sweet, and perfectly sized for sliders.
  • 6 slices Swiss Cheese Melts beautifully over the beef.
  • 1 tablespoon Horseradish Sauce Adds a delightful kick. Substitute with mustard for a milder flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted For brushing on the rolls.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder For an extra layer of flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  • Layer the sliced roast beef generously across the bottom half of the rolls.
  • Place slices of Swiss cheese evenly over the beef.
  • Drizzle the horseradish sauce over the cheese.
  • Place the top half of the rolls back on and brush with melted butter.
  • Sprinkle onion powder on top.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown and melty.
  • Remove from the oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.

Notes

These sliders store well wrapped in plastic wrap or aluminum foil for up to 3 days in the fridge. They also freeze well.
