Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  • Rinse and cut the cauliflower into florets.

Combining and Roasting

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes and cauliflower.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper, and toss until well-coated.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  • Roast for about 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through, until veggies are golden brown and tender.

Serving

  • Sprinkle fresh herbs over the top before serving.

Notes
