Preparation

  • Slice the beef into strips and the peppers and onion into thin pieces. Mince the garlic.

Make the Sauce

  • In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, and some salt and pepper.

Layer Ingredients

  • In your slow cooker, add the beef first, followed by the peppers, onion, and minced garlic. Pour the sauce over everything.

Cooking

  • Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.

Thicken the Sauce

  • About 30 minutes before serving, mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water, then stir it into the slow cooker to thicken.

Serving

Notes
