Preparation

  • Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil. Once it’s shimmering, add the chicken breasts and sear for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Reduce the heat to medium, and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in the lemon juice and add the butter, stirring to create a luscious sauce that clings to the chicken.
  • Once the sauce is well combined and slightly thickened, remove the skillet from the heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
