Preparation

  • Unwrap your bone-in ham and place it in the slow cooker, cut side down.
  • In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, honey, mustard, and apple or pineapple juice. Stir until smooth and well-blended.
  • Sprinkle the ground cinnamon and evenly distribute the whole cloves over the ham.
  • Pour the prepared glaze over the ham, ensuring it’s well coated.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • Once done, remove the ham from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Drizzle the remaining glaze over the sliced ham for added flavor.
