Preparation

  • Start by chopping your vegetables and mincing garlic and ginger.

Layering

  • Place the beef chuck roast at the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour in the beef broth, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.

Add Vegetables

  • Scatter the sliced carrots and bell pepper over the meat.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.

Cook Noodles

  • About 15 minutes before serving, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions in a separate pot.

Serving

  • Carefully shred the beef with two forks, then mix everything together.

Notes
