Substitution Suggestions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, Sriracha, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  • Place the pork ribs on a large baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and brush the sauce over both sides.
  • Cover the ribs tightly with another layer of foil.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 1.5 hours.
  • After 1.5 hours, remove the foil and brush with any leftover sauce. Increase the temperature to 425°F (220°C) for the last 30 minutes.
  • Once sizzling and slightly charred, remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Serving

  • Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.

Notes

For best results, sear the ribs before baking, and don’t rush the cooking process to ensure tenderness. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days; they also freeze well.
