Preparation

  • Preheat Your Oven: Set it to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, diced tomatoes with green chilies, ranch seasoning, and jalapeños until well blended.
  • Transfer to a Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a greased 8x8-inch oven-safe dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake to Perfection: Place it in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until it's bubbly and golden on top.

Notes

Feel free to get creative! Add black beans, swap chicken for spicy sausage, include diced bell peppers or corn, or use low-fat cream cheese and add spinach for a healthier twist.
