  • Add the Noodles: Toss the prepared rice noodles into the vegetables, mixing gently to ensure everything is well combined.

Dressing and Serving

  • Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, lime juice, soy sauce, and chopped peanuts until well blended.
