  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced) For savory depth.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Can substitute with any cooking oil.
  • to taste Salt and Pepper Basic seasonings; consider smoked paprika for warmth.

Optional Toppings

  • 1 tbsp Chopped Parsley For garnish.
  • 1 sliced Avocado For richness.
  • 1 egg Sunny-side-up egg Optional, for an extra touch.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Dice your steak, potatoes, bell peppers, and onion.

Cooking Potatoes

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 8–10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Add Vegetables

  • Stir in the onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic. Cook for another 5 minutes until tender and fragrant.

Incorporate Steak

  • Add the diced steak and any additional spices. Stir and cook for 2–3 more minutes until heated through.

Serve

  • Transfer the hash to plates and serve warm, topped with your choice of garnishes.

Notes

Feel free to use leftover roasted vegetables or experiment with different toppings. This dish can be prepped ahead and is freezer-friendly.
