Ingredients

For the Kabobs

  • 12 pieces Fresh Strawberries Choose ripe, vibrant strawberries for the best flavor and sweetness.
  • 6 squares Brownies (homemade or store-bought) Moist and fudgy brownies add the ultimate indulgence.
  • 6 pieces Skewers Bamboo or metal skewers work well. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Sauce A melted chocolate drizzle elevates this dish.
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows (optional) For an extra touch of sweetness and whimsy.

Instructions

Preparation

  • If you're making brownies from scratch, follow your favorite recipe or use a convenient mix. Allow them to cool before cutting them into bite-sized squares.
  • Rinse your strawberries under cold water and remove the hulled tops. Pat them dry and set them aside.

Assembly

  • Take a skewer and alternate threading pieces of brownie and strawberries. For a pop of fun, you can add a mini marshmallow between the brownie and strawberry layers.
  • Melt your chocolate sauce and drizzle it over the kabobs, allowing it to cascade over the edges.

Serving

  • Arrange your kabobs on a beautiful platter and enjoy them fresh!

Notes

To keep the kabobs fresh, store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. Best enjoyed the same day for peak freshness.
