Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, and chopped asparagus. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mixing until well blended.

Stuffing and Cooking

  • Slice a pocket into each chicken breast and fill generously with the cheese and asparagus mixture.
  • Secure with toothpicks to keep the filling intact while cooking.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the stuffed chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes per side until golden.
  • Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is gooey.

Feel free to use different cheeses or vegetables according to your preference. For a festive touch, drizzle with balsamic reduction before serving.
