Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.

  • Starting from one long side, carefully roll the dough away from you to create a snug log and pinch the edges to seal.
  • Cut the rolled dough into 1-inch thick pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling.
