  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced Aromatic, it adds layers of flavor.
  • 2 teaspoons Chili Powder For that lovely warmth, choose a mild or spicy blend.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Adjust to taste for an extra kick!
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Helps in browning the tenderloin.
  • Salt and Pepper Essential for seasoning.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, chili powder, cayenne pepper, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the pork tenderloin in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it's fully coated. Marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to an hour for a deeper flavor.

Cooking

  • In a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, add a splash of oil and sear the tenderloin for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast the tenderloin for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Once done, remove the tenderloin from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Serving

  • Drizzle the remaining sauce over the sliced pork and serve.

Notes

For variations, add orange zest for citrus brightness or replace brown sugar with honey for a lighter version. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
