  • 1 bag frozen tater tots (32 oz) Sweet potato tots make a delicious twist.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grab an oven-safe baking dish.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown your ground beef, seasoning it with salt and pepper.
  • Once browned, drain any excess fat and stir in the cream of mushroom soup until combined and creamy.
  • Add the green beans to the skillet and stir well to incorporate all the flavors.
  • Transfer the mixture into your greased baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
  • Top the mixture with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Arrange the tater tots on top in a single layer.
  • Bake for 30 minutes until the casserole is bubbly and the tater tots are golden brown.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days and freeze well. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes.
