  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Greek yogurt can lighten the dish.
  • ½ cup Chicken Broth Homemade or store-bought is fine.

Preparation

  • Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Melt ½ cup of butter in a large skillet over medium heat until bubbly.

Cooking

  • Add the seasoned chicken to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes until it is golden and cooked through.
  • Add the minced garlic and stir for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  • Allow the mixture to simmer for another 5 minutes until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, adding cayenne or Cajun seasoning for heat if desired.
  • Serve immediately over a bed of rice or pasta.

Notes

For a nutritional boost, add bell peppers, spinach, or broccoli. Substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu if desired. Fresh herbs and spicy additions can enhance flavors further.
